At Natural Vybz Skincare, every product is carefully crafted and packaged with the highest level of care. Because our products are considered personal care and hygienic items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you experience any issues with your order, including receiving the wrong item or a product that arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist you.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you experience any irritation or allergic reaction while using one of our products, please discontinue use immediately. If you have concerns about a specific ingredient, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use or contacting us prior to purchase.
Natural Vybz Skincare is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by known sensitivities to listed ingredients.
