Thank you for shopping with Natural Vybz Skincare. Each product is carefully handmade in small batches to ensure the highest level of quality and freshness.
Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please note that selecting priority or expedited shipping does not shorten processing time, as all products are freshly prepared before shipment.
Local Pick-Up (GTA Area)
Local pick-up is available for customers located within the Greater Toronto Area.
If you would like to arrange a local pick-up, please select the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with further instructions for scheduling your pick-up.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and package weight.
Please note that Natural Vybz Skincare is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs that may be applied once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
