To ensure the quality of our handmade products we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped, even with priority shipping this excludes weekends and holidays. All of our products are made fresh to order to ensure freshness.

Your order will shipped once it has been processed, and tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at check out once it becomes available.

Pick-ups are available if you are in the local GTA area. Please ensure you select the proper option at check out for local pick-up. 

​International shipping is sent via Canada Post Mail, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and package weight. Please note we are not responsible for any additional duties or tariffs that may be accumulated upon arrival to the destination country.

In addition, please note that our free shipping handling policies do not apply to orders shipping to international countries.
